Next-Day Pallet Delivery in the UK: Next day pallet delivery is charged at £105 + VAT per pallet. Your pallet will arrive the day after you place your order as long as the product is in stock and the order is placed before 2:30pm. Delivery can take place between 8am and 6pm, unless a specific time has been discussed. Please note that some remote areas in the UK and Northern Ireland may not be eligible for next-day delivery. Orders placed on weekends will be sent on Monday for delivery on the next working day. Pallets going to the Republic of Ireland will take 2 days for delivery. Certain postcodes may have the option for a timed delivery, but it is not guaranteed. Our pallet network partners will transport your pallet. International Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on location. We will confirm the estimated transit time when we send your order. Please keep in mind that customs clearance times are out of our control. We offer road, air and sea freight options depending on destination. You may be asked to contact us to get a freight quote when checking out.

Collect From Our Warehouse: You can pick up your order for free at our Birmingham warehouse. The address is Power Warehouse, 3 Houghton Street, Oldbury, Birmingham, B69 2BB. Call your sales account manager to schedule a time to pick up your order. If you do not have a scheduled time, you may have to wait. It is important to schedule a time in advance to avoid delays. Proof of purchase will be required to be shown to Power Warehouse Ltd. prior to collection.

Storage: Power Warehouse Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, agree to store goods on your behalf, upon your written request. You agree that goods stored at Power Warehouse Ltd.’s warehouse on your behalf are stored solely at your own risk, and Power Warehouse Ltd. shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused to the goods whilst they are stored in Power Warehouse Ltd.’s warehouse.

Taking Delivery And Reporting Issues: When you get your order, please sign the delivery document to show that you received it and it's in good condition. If something is damaged, take a photo and make a note on the delivery document before signing it. Tell your account manager right away about any damages or problems, including your order number. Email the photo of the damaged goods to your account manager.You have 15 minutes to check your order and note any damages. If you don't, we can't help you. If you get the wrong things, tell your account manager within 24 hours and include your order number.

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, you may have to pay extra taxes or fees. Talk to your account manager if you have any questions.

You accept that we may deliver goods by instalments and require payment for each separate instalment in accordance with these Terms.

If you request that the products are delivered either to an unattended location, left outside, or are left outside Power Warehouse Ltd.’s premises for collection, you acknowledge that Power Warehouse Ltd. will deliver or leave the goods at your sole risk.

If we are unable to complete the delivery within the agreed time schedule due to your absence or other fault, you will be liable for all charges and costs incurred including but not limited to warehousing, transportation and redelivery.
